Signature Premium Gutter Systems

Our Signature Premium Gutter Systems maximizes the performance of the standard 5 inch rain gutter system by using .032 heavy-gauge seamless aluminum gutters installed using premium hidden-hanger with screw anchoring method to attach the gutters to the fascia area of the home. When possible, we maximize the number of downspout locations to allow water to drain as quickly as possible from the gutter. Due to the minimal capacity of a 5 inch gutter, we recommend using a traditional gutter screening system such as our optional LOCK-ON heavy duty powder-coated steel screen if leaf protection is desired.

Signature Performance Gutter Systems

Our experience in solving water collection issues has led us to determine that the standard 5 inch and 2x3 downspout system does not meet the performance need of many Northern Virginia homeowners. Therefore, our Signature Performance Gutter Systems are designed using large capacity 6 inch gutters and 3x4 downspout configurations. Standard 5 inch gutters have a collection opening of 4.25 inches and are capable of holding 2 1/2 quarts of water per foot. Performance 6 inch gutters have a collection opening of 5.25 inches and a holding capacity of 4 quarts of water per foot - a 63% improvement over the standard system. This larger holding capacity combined with the increased dispersal rate of the 3x4 downspout will ensure performance in all but the heaviest rainfall rates.

For maximum durability and appearance of our seamless aluminum rain gutter systems Signature Roofing uses only heavy-weight .032 gauge aluminum coil and properly spaced premium hidden-hanger with screw anchoring method to attach the gutters to the fascia area of the home.

For homes in historical neighborhoods or for homeowners that simply desire the added curb appeal, we also install seamless copper gutters in our Performance 6 inch and 3x4 configuration.
